Noted for low in-state tuition and low student debt at graduation, Kiplinger ranked North Georgia #88 out of public colleges and universities across the nation. "North Georgia College and State University (number 88), for instance, runs less than $14,000 a year for in-state students and keeps average debt at graduation to $10,021," says the magazine.
Two other Georgia schools also made the list of Top 100 Values in Public Colleges for 2012: University of Georgia and Georgia Institute of Technology.
